His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada:
“...
So this is my dream.
That a place should be there where we can get all nice foods, best of foods, milk.
Krsna is fulfilling our desire. Don’t brother about big, big buildings.
It is not required. Useless waste of time. Make the whole field green. Farm, Farm, Farm.
Our farm projects are extremely important part of our movement.
We must become self-sufficient in growing our own grains and produce our own milk, then there will be no question of poverty. So develop these farm communities as far as possible. From the very beginning I was asking to open restaurants and farms.
If these farms become successful then the whole world will be envelope by Krishna consciousness.
Produce ghee in the farm and send to the restaurants and make Samosa, kachori preparations and they'll be no scarcity of money. Organize in this way and the whole country will be transferred to Krishna consciousness. The whole country.”

NOW IS THE TIME!
It is the responsibility of Srila Prabhupada's Western disciples to apply their Western intellect in supporting his mission of spreading Krishna consciousness in the West. Over the past decade, the vegan and yoga movements have seen remarkable growth. The younger generation’s awareness is growing as they witness the destruction of the planet driven by an insatiable desire for consumption and expansion. More people in the West are becoming increasingly aware that the time has come to embrace a more sustainable way of life. Topics like eating what you grow, building with eco-friendly materials, moving away from fossil fuels, and respecting the Earth are now dominating discussions across the internet. |
Srila Prabhupada once said, “Ownership turns dust into gold.”
The farm’s agricultural operations and other businesses will be managed through a cooperative profit-sharing model, involving the developer, investors, paid employees, and student volunteers. This approach will help attract qualified individuals to invest in, operate, and maintain the farm's businesses. As a result, it will foster a more profitable and sustainable enterprise for everyone involved.
